About Misaki (Little Tokyo) Restaurant

Wandering through the streets of Springfield, a vibrant gem known as Misaki in Little Tokyo catches the eye. Nestled at 1635 N Glenstone Ave, Misaki offers a tantalizing Japanese culinary experience. With its cozy ambiance, softly lit lanterns, and an inviting scent of freshly prepared dishes, Misaki promises a feast for the senses far before the first bite.

The menu at Misaki is an adventure in itself, a beautifully curated selection that caters to both traditionalists and those eager to try unique twists. One will find classics such as sushi and sashimi, crafted with the freshest seafood that seems to melt delicately on the tongue. For those willing to venture further, specialties like the Misaki roll tantalize with their inventive flavor combinations, while the tempura is renowned for its light, crispy batter. Many patrons have been raving about the ramen, a comforting bowl of rich broth with noodles that are perfectly al dente – it's like a warm hug on a chilly day.

Describing the setting without justice would be a crime. A charming atmosphere with a touch of traditional décor, while soft melodies of Japanese music fill the air. Whether visiting with family or friends, or even setting the scene for a romantic dinner, the intimate environment complements the culinary delights with perfect harmony.

Location-wise, it's easily accessible in Springfield, with ample parking making it convenient for a casual dinner or a planned night out. Patrons often describe their dining experiences here as consistently exceptional, often mentioning that each visit feels as delightful as discovering a new favorite meal.

In an era where dining out can sometimes feel rushed and impersonal, Misaki stands as a testament to the art of dining, where each meal is an experience meant to savor. Springfield boasts many attractions, but Misaki is a destination in its own right, inviting guests to embark on a memorable journey through Japanese cuisine.

Stopped in for a quick dinner - seated immediately and our order taken promptly. Love their complimentary salad that comes with your meal. Sushi came out quick and was delicious! Food arrived shortly after. Everything had great flavor as I remembered. Plenty of leftovers & great prices!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Sunny
Wonderful food and wonderful people. They made the best sushi roll I've had since being out on the Washington coast with fresh caught daily fish. Affordable prices, would definitely recommend giving them a try. The miso tasted house made and was also great. The noodles looked good, but we ended up sticking to sushi. Will definitely be back.

Traveling through town and wanting real food we decided to try Misaki. We are so glad we did so. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the restaurant was quiet and calm at 2 OM on a weekday. We would definitely go back!

I dined in today, the restaurant is sparkling clean! My waitress was so kind and helpful. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The sashimi is next level and so yummy. 10/10 will be coming here again!! Fresh ingredients, kind staff, and clean restaurant!

I had some time to kill, waiting for a Springfield business appointment and since I'm a fan of sushi 🍣 I was looking for some recommendations. I found this establishment and stopped in. For about $26 I had a great lunch👍🏻. When I mentioned the name of the place to some local musician friends, they said that it was a good choice. When my plans to move to Springfield transpire, I intend to go to Little Tokyo again. This time I'll bring a picture to sign for them. 🫶😉✌️

We had a very good lunch here on Saturday, salad was fresh and food was hot and very yum! Our waitress was sweet and attentive. Both meals + a sweet tea were less than $35!

Nice place for a quick lunch. The service is good, the food is good, the prices are reasonable. I haven't had a meal there that I didn't like. Another great visit today, the staff are always so friendly. Met a friend here today for lunch, and the staff all feel like family there.
